Alfalfa was planted spring 2006 and Roundup was applied in strips to suppress or kill bermudagrass, tall fescue, and other grasses.

This AlfaGraze 300RR was one year old. The pasture was grazed in mid April and both grass and legume has regrown to a stage well past to graze again.  Grazing was delayed by wet weather.  Very little bermudagrass or tall fescue has encroached into the alfalfa strips.
