| DESCRIPTION | |
| Germination: | September through November. |
| Reproduction: | By seed, May through June. |
| Stems: | Erect, branched above, green with grayish short hairs. |
| Leaves: | Alternate, stalked, 2 to 3 times divided, fern-like. |
| Flowers/ Inflorescence: |
Dense raceme, 4 yellow petals, 4 longer sepals. |
| Fruit: | Long silique, at right angle to stem, 20-40 seeds/2-part fruit. |
FOUND: |
Throughout the state, but mostly a problem in new stands in northwest counties. |
CONTROL: |
Very competitive in new fall stands, so control in fall with application of BUTYRAC 200. January-February applied SINBAR and VELPAR for control in thinning stands. |
